Town Court is located at 9 Water Street, Attica, NY 14011

Criminal Court is generally held on t he 1st Monday of each month at 9:30 a.m.

Vehicle & Traffic Court is generally on the 3rd Monday of each month at 9:30 a.m.

Dog Violations are generally held on the 1st Monday of each month at 9:00 a.m.

Civil Matters (Small Claims & Summery Proceedings) - call the Court office to schedule a date
